AI Solutions Sales for Manufacturing Early-career applicants and science or engineering graduates welcome

B2B solutions sales (AI and DX) / Full-time employee

Propose AI products and drive implementation projects for clients, primarily in manufacturing.

• Propose drawing and knowledge search AI for manufacturing sites and support proofs of concept.
• Provide implementation consulting for the AI telephone answering system Kiku.
• Interview clients, clarify operational challenges, and communicate requirements to the engineering team.

Annual salary: JPY 3.75–4.40 million

Monthly pay: JPY 312,500–366,666. The annual salary is paid in 12 installments, with rounding adjusted in the final month of the salary year.

• JPY 3.75 million annually: JPY 312,500 monthly (base pay JPY 254,724 + fixed overtime allowance JPY 57,776 for 30 hours per month).
• JPY 4.40 million annually: JPY 366,666 monthly for 11 months (base pay JPY 298,876 + fixed overtime allowance JPY 67,790 for 30 hours per month). Final month: JPY 366,674 (base pay JPY 298,882 + fixed overtime allowance JPY 67,792 for 30 hours).

The fixed overtime allowance is paid regardless of actual overtime worked. Overtime exceeding 30 hours per month is paid in full separately at the applicable statutory premium rates.

Statutory holiday work and night-work premiums are not included in the fixed overtime allowance and are paid in full separately. Any shortfall between the allowance and legally required overtime pay is paid additionally, even for overtime within 30 hours.

Determined based on skills, experience, and previous salary. JPY 5 million or more may be negotiated for candidates with exceptional achievements.

• A four-year degree in science or engineering, or equivalent mathematical and logical thinking skills.
• Live in or near Aichi, or be able to visit clients in the Aichi and Tokyo areas.
• Understand others’ intentions accurately and communicate effectively.
• Understand how systems work and explain them clearly without relying on IT jargon.

• Experience studying IT or DX, or an interest in software and SaaS.
• Early-career applicants seeking greater autonomy and opportunities to contribute beyond their first employer.
• Confidence in business discussions with key decision makers in Tokyo and Aichi.

Based in Nagoya, Aichi, with some work in the Tokyo area.

Hybrid work combining remote work and on-site client visits.

• Hours: 9:00–18:00 (8 working hours and a 60-minute break).
• 117 annual days off (Saturdays and Sundays off; public holidays follow the company calendar), including year-end/New Year and summer holidays. Statutory paid annual leave is provided separately.
