AI Engineer
What CREA is working on
- Developing our own manufacturing DX platform, Knowledge AI
- Selling Bell AI Call, an AI telephone automation service developed by our partner Blues Inc.
- Launching OEM and white-label versions of Bell under the Bellion brand
- Expanding into robotics and hardware through a drone project for crow deterrence
- Developing overseas markets, including Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore
Responsibilities
- Lead technical architecture design and improvements across our products, including Knowledge AI and the OEM version of Bell, Bellion
- Set standards for code quality and development processes, and make key technical decisions
- Work alongside the CEO on business strategy, including pricing, market entry and competitive positioning
- Represent the technical team in business discussions and negotiations, such as OEM terms with a partner company's technical lead
- Take responsibility for security, data management and reliable system operations
- Track technology trends, including robotics and hardware, and incorporate them into product strategy
- Eventually take responsibility for recruiting, developing and managing the engineering team
Required qualifications
- Experience developing with Python
- At least three years of professional development experience
- An interest in management and business growth as well as development
- The ability to identify problems and take initiative without waiting for instructions
- The ability to collaborate with a team

- Knowledge of business and management
- The ability to communicate accurately across languages, as we work with overseas customers
- An interest in hardware and robotics
- Experience with OEM or partner businesses
- Project experience with overseas customers
